President Clatfelter & Village Board of trustees unanimously approved an Intergovernmental Agreement with the SC Circuit Clerks Office for e-citation services. This new program offered through Sangamon County Circuit Clerk, Paul Palazollo’s Office will increase processing efficiency, officer safety, and reduce expenses caused by the current ticket system. Numerous other police agencies in and around the County have implemented the new system with much success including Williamsville.
