Fitness Program at the Amphitheatre in Village Park

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP is designed to be an introduction to the BOOTCAMP program. BEGINNER BOOTCAMP is designed as a lower intensity class that teaches the beginner to intermediate level participant the fundamentals of functional training. BEGINNER BOOTCAMP will increase strength, mobility and stability using weight bearing exercises that targets the cores strength and prepares participants to advance to the BODY RE-BOOT program.

BODY RE-BOOT is a progressive 12-week boot camp training program. BODY RE-BOOT is an intermediate to advanced level program that will progressively build each participants fitness level. Each class will help build, strengthen and increase endurance and will advance from week to week. A combination of high intensity training and strength training will provide the proper mix for optimal body sculpting.
UPDATE FOR BODY RE-BOOT: Great News!! Fitness in the Park Program - "Re Boot Camp" is back on and begins Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at its regular time but alternate location. Our announcement of its suspension resulted in a boost of registrants, enough to offer the program. Ms. Jill Rubenacker, Sherman Resident; Professional Trainer/Health Care Coach and; Owner of Snap Fitness, Sherman, IL. Jill is a Certified Health Coach with a B.S. in Community Health Education and a Registered Nurse. With over a combined 20 years of experience in health and fitness. Jill has built a strong knowledge base in helping others with health behavior and mindset change.
