Village of Sherman Annual Children’s Christmas Party
Santa came to town to our Annual Sherman Christmas party, and it was so much fun! The weather was cold, but the Village Park Fireplace Pavilion offered much to do in a warm heartening atmosphere.
Christmas music was playing from our amphitheater, and a beautiful fire was roaring in the pavilion fireplace. There were free carriage rides, balloon making artists, personalized ornaments, cookies, hot chocolate, and stockings filled with delights. The photo booth with Santa was very popular and families waited patiently under the warmth of our amphitheater portable heaters. It even snowed inside the pavilion (with a little artificial help)!
Willie the Frog made his first appearance this year so the kids could get their first picture with Willie and begin posting on the Village Facebook page.
