PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Sherman Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 6pm at the Sherman Village Hall, Sangamon County, 401 St. John’s Drive, Sherman, Illinois 62684. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider a petition, submitted by Farm Credit Services for a variance for the property located at 1200 Old Tipton School Road, Sherman, IL 62684. At the public hearing, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to provide oral and written testimony. The hearing may be continued to another date by motion of the Zoning Board of Appeals at the hearing without further notice. Petition information is available for public inspection and review at the Village Administrative Offices, 401 St. John’s Drive, Sherman, IL. 62684.
