Solicitors Policy During the Stay at Home Order by the Governor.
Sherman residents the Village of Sherman is on a stay at home order and door to door sales by roofing companies or others is not an essential business and does not comply with the current Executive Order by the Governor.
FURTHER, Village Code requires a permit be approved for all forms of solicitation in the corporate boundaries of the Village of Sherman. The Village has not issued nor will issue permits for door to door sales, door hangers or similar forms of solicitation during the stay at home order.
